Description
Healthy, gluten free Black Cherry Pancakes made with CBD sparkling water.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup cassava flour, packed (80g)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (25g)
- 2-3 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup Weller Cherry CBD Sparkling Water
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dried cherries (optional)
Instructions
- Combine cassava flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium sized mixing bowl.
- Mix in sparkling water, eggs and vanilla.
- Chop dried cherries into small pieces and fold into the pancakes batter.
- Preheat frying pan on medium-low heat. Grease pan with a small amount of oil.
- Add 1/4 cup pancake batter to preheated frying pan. Cover and cook on medium-low heat until bubbles form. Flip pancake and cook 30 seconds more, or until done.
- Repeat step 5 until all batter is used up.
