Black Cherry Pancakes (Gluten Free, Paleo)

Healthy, gluten free Black Cherry Pancakes made with CBD sparkling water.




  1. Combine cassava flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium sized mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in sparkling water, eggs and vanilla.
  3. Chop dried cherries into small pieces and fold into the pancakes batter.
  4. Preheat frying pan on medium-low heat.  Grease pan with a small amount of oil.
  5. Add 1/4 cup pancake batter to preheated frying pan.  Cover and cook on medium-low heat until bubbles form.  Flip pancake and cook 30 seconds more, or until done.
  6. Repeat step 5 until all batter is used up.
