Description
Easy breaded delicata squash rings cooked in the air fryer. Paleo, Vegan and gluten free.
Ingredients

- 1 large delicata squash
- 2/3 cup almond flour, spooned & leveled
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- olive oil
Instructions
- Rinse off skin of delicata squash. Dry, place on cutting board and cut into rings, about 1/4" inch thick.
- In a small bowl, combine almond flour, thyme, garlic powder and salt. In a separate bowl, pour a little olive oil.
- Grab a squash ring and brush it with olive oil, covering all sides. Dip the ring into the almond flour mixture, coating it completely. Place the coated squash on the wire air fryer basket. Repeat until all the squash rings are coated.
- Place the wire air fryer basket on top of the baking pan. Place the pan on the upper level of the air fryer.
- Plug in the air fryer. Set the function to "air fry" and the temperature to 400 degrees. Air fry for 8-10 minutes.
