Almond Butter Protein Balls (No Oats, Paleo)

These healthy almond butter protein balls require just 3 ingredients.  They're made without oats and are paleo, gluten free and dairy free.


  • 1/2 cup almond butter (drippy, unsweetened)
  • 1/3 cup pea protein*
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey (maple syrup for vegan)


  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Roll dough into balls, each about 1 tablespoon in size.
  3. Store in airtight container or baggie.  Keep in the fridge for up to two weeks or the freezer for up to two months.


*I used pea protein, but have also tested this recipe with pumpkin seed protein.  Both work great.  I assume most plant based proteins should work for this recipe.
