Description
Healthy, low carb veggie noodles made from carrots and green cabbage. Paleo, Whole30, Vegan and naturally gluten free.

Noodles
- 1-2 large carrots, peeled
- 1/4 head green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp salt
Toppings (optional)
- dried cranberries
- pumpkin seeds
- sesame seeds
Instructions
- Place frying pan on stove top and set heat to medium. Add oil.
- Place cabbage and carrot strips on pan. Cover and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Remove lid from frying pan, add rosemary and salt. Cook an additional 3-5 minutes on medium heat (uncovered), stirring frequently.
- Plate, add toppings and serve immediately.
Notes
Recipe serves one, but feel free to double or triple the ingredients to serve more.
