Carrot & Cabbage Noodles

Healthy, low carb veggie noodles made from carrots and green cabbage.  Paleo, Whole30, Vegan and naturally gluten free.




  • 1-2 large carrots, peeled
  • 1/4 head green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Toppings (optional)


  1. Place frying pan on stove top and set heat to medium.  Add oil.
  2. Place cabbage and carrot strips on pan.  Cover and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove lid from frying pan, add rosemary and salt.  Cook an additional 3-5 minutes on medium heat (uncovered), stirring frequently.  
  4. Plate, add toppings and serve immediately.


Recipe serves one, but feel free to double or triple the ingredients to serve more.
