Description
These healthy chocolate collagen cookies are completely flourless, with a rich chocolate flavor, crispy exterior and gooey center. This recipe is paleo, nut free and keto friendly.

- 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter (unsweetened, salted)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup collagen peptides (any flavor)
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar (monk fruit for keto)
- 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine sunflower seed butter, egg and vanilla.
- Add in collagen, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Fold the chocolate chips into the dough*
- Scoop the dough onto your lined baking sheet (about 1 Tbsp dough per cookie).
- Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
- After baking, remove cookies from the oven. Let them rest on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire cooling rack.
Notes
*The dough is quite oily, but don't fret! It works! You can dab the cookie dough with a paper towel if you find it necessary.
