Description
This frozen yogurt bark recipe is easy to make, low in sugar and great for a healthy dessert, snack or even breakfast.
Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- chopped pecans
- raw pumpkin seeds
- hemp hearts
- miniature dark chocolate chips
- bee pollen (omit for vegan)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread yogurt over the parchment, making it about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
- Top with chopped pecans, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, chocolate chips and bee pollen (or your favorite toppings).
- Freeze at least 2 hours.
- Cut and eat!
- Store in freezer up to one month.
