This frozen yogurt bark recipe is easy to make, low in sugar and great for a healthy dessert, snack or even breakfast.




  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread yogurt over the parchment, making it about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Top with chopped pecans, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, chocolate chips and bee pollen (or your favorite toppings).
  4. Freeze at least 2 hours.
  5. Cut and eat!
  6. Store in freezer up to one month.
