Healthy Cobb Salad (Keto, Whole30)

This healthy cobb salad is keto friendly, Whole30 approved and paleo.  It's an easy salad recipe that's filling enough to eat as a main course.




  • 1/2 head of ice berg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 large grilled chicken breast (or 2 small)
  • 1/2 avocado, cubed
  • 1/4 cup chopped baby carrots (optional)
  • 4 strips cooked bacon
  • 1/3 cup sliced leek (or onion)
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas, defrosted (optional)
  • 2 boiled eggs


  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds (optional)
  • vinaigrette (or your favorite salad dressing)


  1. Place ice berg lettuce in a large serving bowl.
  2. Top with remaining salad ingredients, placing them in rows.
  3. Garnish with sunflower seeds and parsley.
  4. Drizzle with salad dressing just before serving.


Recipe serves 2 as a main course, or 4 as a side salad.
