This healthy cobb salad is keto friendly, Whole30 approved and paleo. It's an easy salad recipe that's filling enough to eat as a main course.

Salad
- 1/2 head of ice berg lettuce, chopped
- 1 large grilled chicken breast (or 2 small)
- 1/2 avocado, cubed
- 1/4 cup chopped baby carrots (optional)
- 4 strips cooked bacon
- 1/3 cup sliced leek (or onion)
- 1/4 cup frozen peas, defrosted (optional)
- 2 boiled eggs
Toppings
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)
- 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds (optional)
- vinaigrette (or your favorite salad dressing)
Instructions
- Place ice berg lettuce in a large serving bowl.
- Top with remaining salad ingredients, placing them in rows.
- Garnish with sunflower seeds and parsley.
- Drizzle with salad dressing just before serving.

Recipe serves 2 as a main course, or 4 as a side salad.
