Description

This healthy coffee walnut fudge is made with just 5 ingredients and doesn't require any baking.  It's paleo, gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly.

Instructions

  1. Line a loaf pan with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil over low heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Once melted, remove pan from heat and mix in the almond butter and instant coffee.
  4. Place fudge in the fridge for 20 minutes to thicken.
  5. Grab fudge out of fridge, fold in about 2/3 of the walnut pieces.
  6. Pour the fudge into your lined loaf pan and top with the remaining walnut pieces.
  7. Place fudge in fridge and chill for at least 2 hours.
  8. Remove fudge from pan an cut to desired size.  Optional: top with flaked sea salt.
  9. Store in a sealed container or baggie in the fridge or freezer.

Notes

*May swap with any other dark chocolate

**If your chocolate isn't coffee flavored, then feel free to add another teaspoon of instant coffee
