Description
This healthy Halloween charcuterie board is paleo friendly and gluten free. Make it as fun Halloween party appetizer or family treat.
Ingredients
- black olives
- beet chips
- pecans
- green grapes
- blackberries
- plantain strips
- salami
- tomatoes
- power curls
- carrots
- walnuts
- grain free pita crackers
- mummy decorated beet brownies
- pumpkin shaped cassava flour sugar cookies
- spiders
- pumpkin bells
Instructions
- Grab a board to use as the base of your charcuterie board
- Fill and place any small containers on the board for spreads or wet items. (I put the olives, beet chips and pecans in small bowls.
- Start filling the board with the largest items first, then move on to smaller items to fill in the cracks. I also recommend starting at the corners and working your way inwards. If there's something you want to stand out (brownies/cookies), then place them last.
Notes
