Description

This healthy Paleo Cranberry Sauce Recipe is sweetened with raw honey and fresh orange juice.  It is the best, 3 ingredient Paleo cranberry sauce - simple, easy to make and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh, organic cranberries
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine cranberries, fresh squeezed orange juice and honey in a large skillet or sauce pan.
  2. Place pan on the stove top and set heat to medium.  Cook the cranberries for 15 minutes on medium heat, stirring frequently.  Once done, the sauce will be thick and most of the cranberries will have burst.
  3. Stir in cinnamon and salt.
  4. Best stored in a sealed, air-tight glass container in the fridge, up to two weeks.
