Description

These gluten free protein muffins are light, fluffy and easy to make.  All you need are 5 ingredients and they bake in just 20 minutes!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Line a muffin pan with 11 paper or silicone muffin liners.
  2. Peel banana and mash in a large mixing bowl. Add in almond butter and eggs.
  3. Mix in protein powder and baking powder.
  4. Scoop the batter into the lined muffin pan, filling each slot nearly to the top.
  5. Place muffins in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
