Description
These gluten free protein muffins are light, fluffy and easy to make. All you need are 5 ingredients and they bake in just 20 minutes!

- 1 cup mashed banana (225g)
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup Nuzest Vanilla Protein Powder (48g)*
- 2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a muffin pan with 11 paper or silicone muffin liners.
- Peel banana and mash in a large mixing bowl. Add in almond butter and eggs.
- Mix in protein powder and baking powder.
- Scoop the batter into the lined muffin pan, filling each slot nearly to the top.
- Place muffins in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
