These simple savory waffles are light, fluffy and perfect for a low sugar breakfast.
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup arrowroot flour
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 Chino Valley Ranchers Organic Omega-3 Soy-Free Eggs
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup water
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Add in eggs, olive oil and water. Mix well.
- Pour batter into preheated waffle iron*
- Cook until done.
*Pour just enough batter to cover the bottom of the waffle iron (I used about 1/4 Cup). The waffles will rise quite a bit.
