Air Fryer Sesame Green Beans (Paleo, Vegan)

Healthy sesame green beans made in the air fryer.  Paleo, vegan, keto and Whole30.




  1. Rinse and trim the ends of the green beans (if needed). Place the green beans in a large mixing bowl and coat with sesame oil.

  2. Sprinkle the sesame seeds, salt and garlic onto the green beans and toss until well coated

  3. Place the green beans in the air fryer basket, spreading them out as evenly as possible.

  4. Place the green beans on the top rack of the air fryer.

  5. Plug in the air fryer. Set the function to "air fry", the temperature to 300 degrees and the timer for 20 minutes. Cook for 20 minutes, adding on another 5-10 minutes if needed.

  6. When done, the green beans should be crisp and slightly browned on top.


The instructions for this recipe are made for the Cuisinart Convection Toaster Oven Air Fryer (which is what I own), but any air fryer will work.
