Allergy Free Fudge (Paleo, Vegan, Keto)

Healthy, 3 ingredient fudge.  Free from the top 8 allergens, Paleo, Vegan and Keto friendly.




  1. Place dark chocolate and coconut oil in a small saucepan.  Melt on the stove top (over low heat), stirring frequently. 
  2. Once fully melted, remove sauce pan from heat and add in sunflower seed spread.  Mix well.
  3. Pour fudge into a lined 8″ x 8″ pan. 
  4. Optional: top with been pollen and flaked salt (or any other preferred toppings).
  5. Place fudge in fridge or freezer to set.
  6. Cut and serve!
  7. Store in fridge or freezer.


*I used 72% dark chocolate.  For keto, use keto-friendly dark chocolate.
