These allergy free Blueberry Buckwheat Waffles are Paleo, Vegan and perfect for toddlers and kids.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/3 cup cassava flour
- 1 Tbsp ground chia seed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients (except blueberries) in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- Add in all wet ingredients. Stir well.
- Fold blueberries into batter.
- Pour batter onto preheated mini waffle iron.
- Bake until done.
- Repeat until no more batter remains.
