Description
This blueberry hemp smoothie is thick and creamy, with a great balance of fat, carbs and protein. It's perfect any time of day and kids love it!
Ingredients

- 1 heaping cup frozen blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 large avocado
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup collagen peptides (omit for vegan)*
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your blender, in the order listed.
- Blend, starting at a low speed and slowly increasing the speed until the smoothie is creamy and consistent in texture.
- Pour into 1-2 glasses, add favorite topping and enjoy!

*Feel free to add your favorite protein powder in place of the collagen
