Description

This gluten free chocolate mug cake is moist and tender with a rich chocolate flavor.  It's gluten free, dairy free, nut free and paleo friendly.

Instructions

  1. In a small microwaveable bowl or large mug, combine the dry ingredients.  This includes the cocoa powder, coconut flour, tapioca starch, coconut sugar and salt.
  2. Mix in the wet ingredients: egg, yogurt and vanilla.  Whisk with a fork until smooth.
  3. Let the batter rest for 2 minutes to thicken.
  4. Place the mug cake in your microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes*
  5. Carefully remove the mug cake from your microwave and cool for 5 minutes.  Add favorite toppings and enjoy!
