Description
Low carb chocolate mug cake made with less than 10 ingredients. Paleo, Keto, dairy free, grain free, nut free and low in sugar.
Ingredients

- 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp coconut flour
- 1 Tbsp tapioca flour
- 1 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 large egg
- 3 Tbsp water
Instructions
- In a small microwaveable bowl or large mug, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
- Place in microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes*
- Remove from microwave, cool slightly and top with your favorite toppings.
