High protein energy balls; Paleo, Vegan and great for a quick snack.
Ingredients

- 1/2 Cup pecans (50 g)
- 1/2 Cup raisins (80 g)
- 3 Tbsp vanilla protein
- 2 Tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1-2 Tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In food processor, blend raisins and pecans to a course flour.
- Add remaining ingredients, except water and blend.
- Add water, 1 Tbsp at a time, and blend until mixture is sticky enough to form into balls.
- Remove dough from food processor, roll into balls (about 10) and place on baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and cool.
