Description

These healthy CBD popsicles are made with real fruit and infused with CBD oil.  They're sweet, creamy and made with wholesome ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 heaping cup mango (fresh or frozen)*
  • 1 heaping cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)*
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream (just the cream from a can of full fat coconut milk)
  • 2 Tbsp raw honey
  • 4-6 droppers CBD oil**
  • 1/4 cup collagen peptides
  • pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Add all popsicle ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend, starting at a low speed and gradually increasing the speed until the mixture is smooth and well pulverized.
  3. Pour the popsicle mixture into your popsicle molds.  Add the popsicle sticks.
  4. Place the popsicles in the freezer and freeze overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
  5. Remove from popsicle mold and enjoy!

Notes

*You can use fresh or frozen fruit.  If using frozen fruit, defrost to room temperature so that the honey blends in better.

**I used Evo Hemp full strength CBD oil.
