    These healthy CBD Popsicles are sweet, creamy and the perfect way to wind down on a hot summer day. They're made with mango and pineapple and infused with CBD oil. This popsicle recipe is gluten free, dairy free and paleo friendly.

    These mango popsicles are the perfect way to cool down, all while enjoying a healthy sweet treat. I've been making them all summer, along with my strawberry watermelon popsicles and chocolate banana popsicles.

    These mango popsicles are thick and creamy, with a delicious mango flavor and a healthy dose of protein to keep your blood sugar levels stable. They're so easy to make and sure to be a summertime staple!

    Ingredients

    Here's a list of what you'll need to make these healthy CBD popsicles:

    • mango - fresh or frozen (defrost if frozen)
    • pineapple - fresh or frozen (defrost if frozen)
    • coconut cream - for flavor and texture purposes
    • honey - to further sweeten the popsicles and hide the bitter CBD oil taste
    • lemon juice
    • CBD oil - I used Evo Hemp full strength CBD oil
    • collagen - makes the popsicles creamier and boosts the protein content. This ingredient is optional and can be swapped with an unflavored protein powder.
    • salt - to enhance the flavors

    Tip: To make these popsicles vegan, swap the honey for maple syrup and omit the collagen. These swaps will slightly change the taste and texture, but the popsicles will still taste great.

    How to Make CBD Popsicles

    You'll need a blender and popsicle molds to make these paleo mango popsicles. Here are the step by step instructions:

    1. Combine ingredients: Add all ingredients to a high powered blender or food processor.

    1. Blend until smooth: Blend, starting at a low speed and then gradually increasing the speed until the mixture is smooth.

    1. Pour into mold and freeze: Pour the popsicle mixture into your popsicle molds and place in the freezer. Freeze overnight, or for at least 6 hours.

    1. Eat: Once frozen, remove from popsicle molds and enjoy!

    Storage

    Store these mango popsicles in the freezer. You can keep them in the popsicle mold, or remove them and place them in an airtight bag.

    FAQ

    Can I use fresh fruit?

    Yes, fresh or frozen fruit will work for this recipe. If using frozen fruit, I recommend defrosting it first.

    Is there a way to make these CBD popsicles vegan?

    Yes! Just omit the collagen and swap the honey for maple syrup to make these popsicles vegan. These changes will slightly change the taste and texture, but the popsicles will still taste great.

    Do I have to add sweetener?

    No, you can make these unsweetened CBD popsicles by leaving out the honey. Just note, this will change the taste and you might be able to taste the bitterness of the CBD oil.

    Description

    These healthy CBD popsicles are made with real fruit and infused with CBD oil.  They're sweet, creamy and made with wholesome ingredients.


    Ingredients

    Scale
    • 1 heaping cup mango (fresh or frozen)*
    • 1 heaping cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)*
    • ¼ cup coconut cream (just the cream from a can of full fat coconut milk)
    • 2 Tbsp raw honey
    • 4-6 droppers CBD oil**
    • ¼ cup collagen peptides
    • pinch of salt


    Instructions

    1. Add all popsicle ingredients to a blender.
    2. Blend, starting at a low speed and gradually increasing the speed until the mixture is smooth and well pulverized.
    3. Pour the popsicle mixture into your popsicle molds.  Add the popsicle sticks.
    4. Place the popsicles in the freezer and freeze overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
    5. Remove from popsicle mold and enjoy!

    Notes

    *You can use fresh or frozen fruit.  If using frozen fruit, defrost to room temperature so that the honey blends in better.

    **I used Evo Hemp full strength CBD oil.
