Description
These healthy strawberry watermelon popsicles are a great way to cool down during the summer months. They're made with fresh watermelon and strawberries and have a delicious fruity flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cubed watermelon
- 1 cup chopped strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- juice from 1 lime
- 1 Tbsp raw honey (optional)
- 1 Tbsp beet powder (optional)
- pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Add all popsicle ingredients to a blender.
- Blend, starting at a low speed, then gradually increasing the speed until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour mixture into a popsicle mold. Don't forget to add the popsicle sticks.
- Freeze overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- Remove from popsicle mold and enjoy!
