Healthy Strawberry Watermelon Popsicles

Description

These healthy strawberry watermelon popsicles are a great way to cool down during the summer months.  They're made with fresh watermelon and strawberries and have a delicious fruity flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp beet powder (optional)
  • pinch of salt (optional)


Instructions

  1. Add all popsicle ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend, starting at a low speed, then gradually increasing the speed until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into a popsicle mold. Don't forget to add the popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  5. Remove from popsicle mold and enjoy!
