Description
These healthy hemp seed bars have a chewy crust and rich, fudgy chocolate topping. This recipe is paleo, vegan and no bake.
Ingredients

Crust
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts/seeds
- 5 Medjool Dates
- 1/8 tsp salt
Topping
- 1/2 cup hemp chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2-3 dropper-fulls CBD oil
Instructions
- Line an 8" x 8" loaf pan with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
- Make the Crust: combine all crust ingredients in a food processor. Blend until the mixture starts to clump.
- Firmly press the crust into your lined pan.
- Make the topping: melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a small sauce pan, over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and mix in the almond butter and CBD oil.
- Pour the topping over the crust.
- Chill: place the bars in the fridge for at least an hour to firm.
- Cut and Serve: Remove bars from the pan and cut to desired size.
- Storage: store in an airtight container or baggie in the fridge for up to two weeks, or the freezer up to two months.
