Description
This high protein chocolate mousse is paleo, vegan and low carb. It's slightly different from your traditional mousse recipe, but much healthier and just as tasty!
Ingredients

- 3 oz dark chocolate (1/2 cup chocolate chips)
- 1 cup yogurt (I used unsweetened coconut yogurt)
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder (28g)
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate. Place the chocolate in a small mixing bowl and melt in the microwave at 20-30 second intervals, mixing in between*
- Add in the remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Separate into 3-4 small cups or serving dishes.
- Garnish and enjoy!
- Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge, up to one week.
Notes
*Make sure chocolate is warm and liquid, but not hot before adding in the other ingredients.
