Description
These healthy mango cherry popsicles are made with just 6 simple ingredients and don't contain any added sugar. They're paleo, vegan and gluten free!
Ingredients

- 1 heaping cup mango (fresh or frozen)
- 1 heaping cup pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup coconut cream (just the cream from a can of full fat coconut milk)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add all popsicle ingredients to a blender.
- Blend, starting at a low speed and gradually increasing the speed until the mixture is smooth and well pulverized.
- Pour the popsicle mixture into your popsicle molds. Add the popsicle sticks.
- Place the popsicles in the freezer and freeze overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
- Remove from popsicle mold and enjoy!
