Description
These spicy pecans are the perfect Paleo salad topper, portable snack or even dessert addition.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place pecans in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- Combine honey and avocado oil and drizzle over the pecans. Mix until well coated.
- Sprinkle thyme, cayenne and salt over the pecans. Mix until well coated.
- Place pecans on lined baking sheet, spreading them apart so that they only slightly overlap.
- Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. (Be sure to watch them so they don't burn.)
- Store in an air-tight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
