Vegan Banana Mug Cake (Paleo, Nut Free)

This healthy mug cake is made in the microwave, Paleo approved, Vegan friendly and doesn’t contain any added sugar.  It’s perfect for a satisfying breakfast or healthy dessert.




  1. In a large mug or small microwaveable bowl, mash banana.
  2. Mix in dry ingredients, except chocolate chips.  (Cassava flour, coconut flour, ground flax, baking soda, salt)
  3. Mix in wet ingredients.  (Tahini, vanilla extract, water)
  4. Mix in chocolate chips.
  5. Place dish in the microwave and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  6. Cool slightly, top with your favorite toppings, then eat.
