Description
This healthy mug cake is made in the microwave, Paleo approved, Vegan friendly and doesn't contain any added sugar. It's perfect for a satisfying breakfast or healthy dessert.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup mashed banana (65g)
- 1 Tbsp tahini
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp cassava flour (16g)
- 2 Tbsp coconut flour (16g)
- 2 Tbsp ground flax (12g)
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mug or small microwaveable bowl, mash banana.
- Mix in wet ingredients: tahini, vanilla extract, water.
- Mix in dry ingredients: cassava flour, coconut flour, ground flax, baking soda, salt.
- Place dish in the microwave and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Cool slightly, top with your favorite toppings, then eat.
