Description
This moist, fluffy, easy to make mug cake is Paleo friendly and low in sugar. Perfect for a quick, healthy breakfast, snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Nuzest Chai Turmeric & Maca Protein (18g)*
- 2 Tbsp blanched almond flour
(16g)
- 1 Tbsp arrowroot flour
(7g)
- 1 tsp coconut flour
(3g)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 large egg
- 5 Tbsp water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large microwavable cup or small bowl and mix well.
- Place in the microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes.
- Remove from microwave and cool a few minutes.
- Add favorite toppings and EAT!
