Description
This easy protein mug cake recipe is made with pea protein and cooked in the microwave. It's gluten free, dairy free and paleo friendly.
Ingredients

- 3 Tbsp Nuzest Vanilla Protein (23g)*
- 2 Tbsp blanched almond flour (14g)
- 1 Tbsp tapioca starch (7g)
- 1 tsp paleo baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup yogurt (I used coconut milk yogurt)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large microwavable cup or small bowl and mix well.
- Place in the microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes.
- Remove from microwave and cool a few minutes.
- Add favorite toppings and EAT!
Notes
