Healthy, easy to make Chocolate Protein Waffles. Paleo, gluten free and dairy free.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup blanched almond flour (30g)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (27g)
- 2 Tbsp tapioca flour (16g)
- 1 level scoop chocolate collagen (11g)
- 2 Tbsp coconut sugar (or sweetener)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat mini waffle iron.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
- Add in wet ingredients, mix well.
- Pour about 2 tablespoons batter onto mini waffle iron and cook until done.
