Description
This healthy 4 ingredient banana bread is easy to make, gluten free and oat free. It's made with a grain free flour blend and only sweetened with bananas - no sugar added.

- 1 cup mashed bananas (245g)*
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/4 cup paleo baking flour (145g)
- 2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line your loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Peel the bananas and mash them in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the eggs and water. Then mix in the paleo baking flour and baking powder.
- Once well combined, pour the batter into your lined loaf pan.
- Place the pan in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
- After baking, remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool a few minutes in the loaf pan. Then transfer it to a wire cooling rack.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge, up to one week.
Notes
*You'll need 2-3 large ripe bananas (yellow with many brown spots)
