Description

This healthy 4 ingredient banana bread is easy to make, gluten free and oat free.  It's made with a grain free flour blend and only sweetened with bananas - no sugar added.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line your loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Peel the bananas and mash them in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the eggs and water. Then mix in the paleo baking flour and baking powder.
  3. Once well combined, pour the batter into your lined loaf pan.
  4. Place the pan in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
  5. After baking, remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool a few minutes in the loaf pan. Then transfer it to a wire cooling rack.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge, up to one week.

Notes

*You'll need 2-3 large ripe bananas (yellow with many brown spots)
