This healthy 4 ingredient banana bread is made with ripe bananas, a grain free flour blend and eggs. It's gluten free and paleo friendly (no oats) and only sweetened with bananas (no sugar added).
I'm a sucker for a loaf of soft, tender banana bread and this 4 ingredient banana bread checks all the boxes!
It's made with just 4 ingredients (plus water, but I'm not counting that as an official ingredient), is only sweetened with bananas and is completely grain free and gluten free.
This loaf has a moist, soft texture and a delicious banana flavor. You can mix in cinnamon, vanilla and a pinch of salt for more flavor, but I love this loaf as-is.

This is a simple, one-bowl banana bread recipe. What you'll need is a mixing bowl, fork, spatula, 8" x 4" loaf pan, parchment paper and the required ingredients.
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line your loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Once well combined, pour the batter into your lined loaf pan.
Place the pan in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
After baking, remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool a few minutes in the loaf pan. Then transfer it to a wire cooling rack.
Storage
This banana bread is best stored in a sealed container in the fridge. Enjoy within one week.
For longer storage, slice the cooled banana bread, wrap it in parchment paper and store it in an airtight bag in the freezer. It's best eaten within one month.
