These healthy teriyaki beef bowls are a delicious paleo and whole30 meal option.
Ingredients

Beef
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 tsp grated ginger root
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (I used Primal Kitchen)
Bowls
- 2 cups cauliflower rice, cooked and seasoned
- 1 cup peeled carrots
- 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber,
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion,
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 2 Tbsp chives
- 2 tsp sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Place ground beef in a large frying pan and cook over medium heat with garlic, ginger and salt.
- Once the ground beef is fully cooked, add in the teriyaki sauce and simmer until most of the moisture has evaporated.
- Assemble the bowls: add beef and cauliflower rice, then top with the remaining bowl ingredients.
