Another favorite of mine is this super simple, dairy free chocolate bark that contains 7 superfoods.  Adding ingredients like goji berries, brazil nuts and bee pollen brings this dessert from basic to bountiful and high in antioxidants and minerals.

Ingredients in Superfood Bark

Truly, the toppings in homemade chocolate are endless.  Any of the ingredients in this recipe can be omitted or swapped.  Some other great toppings include: freeze dried berries, other types of nuts/seeds, a pinch of turmeric or beet root powder, and dried coconut.

In addition to switching up the toppings, mixing ingredients into the chocolate is also a great option.  Some suggestions include: medicinal mushrooms, freeze dried fruit powders, CBD, and various herbs and roots.

How to Make Healthy Homemade Chocolate Bark

To make Dark Chocolate Bark, first gather all necessary ingredients.  Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Next, melt chocolate in a small saucepan on low heat.  Stir frequently until fully melted.  Then, pour the chocolate onto the lined baking sheet.

Sprinkle desired toppings onto melted chocolate.

Next, place the chocolate bark in the fridge or freezer to set.  Setting time will vary depending on how thick the chocolate bark is.

Lastly, break the chocolate into pieces using your hands or a knife.  Store in the fridge or freezer.
